Private Game Room Booking

Please be advised that our bookings system cannot presently accommodate flexible start times. We are working to get this issue resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you want to make a booking for a start time that is unavailable, please select the nearest available booking and call the store at (909)480-0152 so we can adjust your booking to your desired time slot. 

Take your game night to the next level with a private booking in our fully kitted game room. Our private game room comes equipped with everything you need to host your perfect game night including:

• Over 200 Individual Miniatures
• Projector setup ready to cast your maps, campaign images, or favorite ambiance setting onto the big screen
• A collection of sourcebooks for popular RPG systems 
• Supplementary materials including maps and dungeon tiles
• A sound system to set the perfect ambience

Details about reservations and bookings:

A $25 security deposit fee will be due at the time you make your room reservation. This security deposit fee will be refunded to you at the end of your session. This fee will not be refunded for missed bookings, or in the event that our equipment is damaged during your gaming session.

Upon arrival to your scheduled booking a room fee will be due at the following rates:

• Monday - Thursday: $4 per person, per hour
• Friday - Saturday: $5 per person, per hour (unavailable Fridays after 2 pm)
• Sunday: $4 per person, per hour

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking you may do so online up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking within 24 hours of your appointment you must call the store at (909)480-0152.

Food and Beverage Policy

We have a wide range of food and beverage options available for purchase at the store while you play. However, all guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, or order food from any of our many wonderful local restaurants (Koji Ramen is a staff favorite).
