My players are in for a big surprise next session
Dungeons & Dragons
Getting ready for my game session tonight.
My 3D printer has been going nonstop to get this map ready.
I have the same questions as Andrew. The dungeon looks awesome btw! Did you print the dungeon wall?
Hey all, VICE here! I'm hosting a one shot this Tuesday and as predicted the anxiety is hitting me like a truck LOL. So I wanted to come to the community for advice; as prior to this I've never hosted anything in person. I'm pretty scared I'll fumble the ball so subsequently any and all advice is welcome.
How do you manage the time? I don't wanna end too early nor do I wanna go way over the time limit.
I'm pretty nervous about managing physical tokens and monster sheets in the midst of combat too, since I've never done that before, so some advice would be appreciated there too. Thanks in advance!
The last session I ran, yeenoghu sent some forces to invade a town and the party managed to defend with minimal casualties.
They all managed to defeat several gnolls, a couple of hezrou demons, barlguras, and Vrocks.
Enjoying how creative my players are becoming, the whole encounter ended with the barbarian/druid who had cast the jump spell and wild shaped into a bear and leaped across half the map to finish off the last demon. It was epic!!!
